          หลานม่า จะจัดฉายที่ศูนย์การเรียนรู้อเนกประสงค์ อุทยานการเรียนรู้ TK Park ชั้น 8 centralwOrld ในวันเสาร์ที่ 29 มีนาคม 2568 เวลา 16:00 น. (เปิดให้เข้าร่วมงานตั้งแต่ 15:30 น.)

          คุณพัฒน์ บุญนิธิพัฒน์ ผู้กำกับภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้ ให้เกียรติมาร่วมงานและตอบคำถามหลังจบภาพยนตร์ ปิดท้ายด้วยงานเลี้ยงต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นโดยเชฟ Vanessa Wu จากร้าน Kinnaree (ซอยสุขุมวิท 8) และเครื่องดื่มจาก Siam Winery

          หลานม่า (How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies) ภาพยนตร์สุดกินใจที่ชวนผู้ชมขบคิดในหลายประเด็น ทั้งความรัก การแข่งขัน และทรัพย์สินเงินทอง โดย “เอ็ม” เด็กหนุ่มที่ใช้เวลาว่างนั่งแคสต์เกม ตัดสินใจเสนอตัวมาดูแลอาม่า (ยาย) ที่ป่วยเป็นมะเร็ง เพราะหวังจะได้รับมรดกเมื่ออาม่าเสียชีวิต อย่างไรก็ตาม เขาต้องรับมือกับลูกชายสองคนของอาม่าซึ่งแสวงหาผลประโยชน์เช่นกัน อาม่าเข้าใจเจตนาของทุกคน และไม่ได้ทำแค่ประคองอาการตัวเอง แต่ยังเตรียมเรื่องเซอร์ไพรส์ลูกหลานไว้ด้วย

          ท่ามกลางเรื่องราวดราม่าของผู้คนในครอบครัว ตัวเดินเรื่องหลักคืออาม่า (แต๋ว อุษา เสมคำ) และเอ็ม หลานชาย (บิวกิ้น พุฒิพงศ์ อัสสรัตนกุล) ซึ่งเป็นการประชันบทบาทในภาพยนตร์เรื่องแรกของนักแสดงทั้งคู่ ภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้เป็นดราม่าที่ค่อย ๆ ดำเนินเรื่องอย่างช้า ๆ และใส่ใจในรายละเอียด จนเข้าถึงหัวใจผู้ชมทั่วทั้งเอเชีย (ตั้งแต่จีนไปจนถึงเวียดนาม) รวมถึงยุโรป สหรัฐอเมริกา และละตินอเมริกา และได้รับรางวัลจากเทศกาลภาพยนตร์ต่าง ๆ ทั่วโลก ได้แก่ ปูซาน ทาลินน์ โครเอเชีย รัสเซีย ไมอามี และนิวยอร์ก ในงาน Asia Pacific Awards ภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้ได้รับรางวัลใหญ่ 3 รางวัล และได้รับเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัลออสการ์ในฐานะตัวแทนจากประเทศไทย และเข้ารอบ 15 เรื่องสุดท้ายอย่างเต็มภาคภูมิ รวมถึงยังได้สร้างปรากฏการณ์ในตลาดภาพยนตร์จากเทศกาลภาพยนตร์เมืองคานส์ จนบริษัทภาพยนตร์สัญชาติอเมริกันอย่าง Miramax ตัดสินใจนำภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้ไปผลิตใหม่เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ

          "ภาพยนตร์นี้เล่าเรื่องแบบชั้นครู คือภาพยนตร์ประเภทที่มาย้ำเตือนว่าเราสร้างภาพยนตร์กันไปทำไม" โจนาธาน กลิคแมน CEO ของ Miramax กล่าว "เป็นสมบัติหายากที่ตลกขบขัน สะเทือนใจอย่างน่ามหัศจรรย์ และกินใจไปพร้อม ๆ กัน"

          Screen Daily (สื่อวิจารณ์ภาพยนตร์ในอังกฤษ) กล่าวว่า “หลานม่า จำลองโลกและครอบครัวเสมือนจริงที่ทุกคนคุ้นเคย ให้ผู้ชมรู้สึกอินกับภาพยนตร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี”

          Contemporary World Film Series is Back!

          TK Park kicks off the Contemporary World Film Series in 2025 with a globally acclaimed Thai film from last year— How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies (หลานม่า), proudly supported by GDH.

          The screening of the film will take place at Learning Auditorium, TK Park, 8th floor, centralwOrld, on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at 4:00 PM (Auditorium opens at 3:30 PM).

          Director Pat Boonnitipat will be present for a Q&A session after the screening, followed by a warm reception featuring culinary delights by Chef Vanessa Wu from Kinnaree Restaurant (Soi Sukhumvit 8) and beverages from Siam Winery.

          About the Film

          Lahn Mah (How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies) is a deeply moving and thought-provoking family drama that explores themes of love, rivalry, and money.  

          The story follows M, a young video game caster who offers to care for his ailing grandmother—hoping to inherit her property after she passes. However, he must contend with her two sons, who also have their eyes on the inheritance. But the grandmother sees through them all, holding her own with remarkable strength and even managing to surprise them.  

          This ensemble drama centers on the compelling relationship between the grandmother—played by Usha "Taew" Seamkhum in her feature film debut—and the grandson—portrayed by Putthipong "Billkin" Assaratanakul, a well-known actor and singer, also making his big-screen debut. Both deliver captivating performances.  

          The slow-paced yet deeply emotional film has resonated with audiences across Asia—from China to Vietnam—as well as in Europe, the USA, and Latin America. The film has received numerous accolades, winning awards at prestigious festivals in Busan, Tallinn, Croatia, Russia, Miami, and New York. At the Asia Pacific Awards, it claimed three major honors. Notably, it was Thailand’s official submission for the Oscars and impressively made it to the final fifteen contenders. It created waves at the Film Market of the recent Cannes Festival, where the well-known American company Miramax has decided to make an English-language re-make of  the Thai movie!

          About the Director

          After graduating from the Faculty of Communication Arts at Chulalongkorn University, Pat Boonnitipat began his career working on the hit TV series Hormones. He later played a key role in adapting the award-winning Thai film Bad Genius into a successful TV series.

          How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies marks his directorial debut, featuring an ensemble cast. The director admitted he never anticipated the film’s global success, offering a simple explanation: "I think it touched everyone at the core."
